PTSA Positions for Next Year

It is time to start planning for the PTSA board for the 2024-2025 school year.  We have a few positions still available for you to get involved in making Einstein a great place for all students.  As with all volunteer programs, if no one volunteers for these positions the programs will not happen.

Board Positions
(include monthly board meeting and voting on board issues)
Co VPs of Student Enrichment: This position oversees the Math Challenge, Reflections Art Program, Spelling Bee, Math Club, and Art Docent.  This is best split up between two people.
Co VPs of Student Activities: This position oversees the afterschool programs that run for three sessions a year.   This is best split up between two people. If you have been hoping for different options or your student enjoys the after school classes this is a great position for you.
Chair Positions
(focus on the specific activity you are running, do not need to attend board meeting)
Reflections Chair: Coordinate the Reflections Art Program in the Fall.
Art Docent Chairs: This is best split between two people. One person schedules the art docents in the classrooms.  The other person prepares the supply carts.
Book Fair Chair: Next year the PTSA will run the book fair and we need someone to coordinate with the vendors, schedule the event, coordinate volunteers.

Email nomcom@einsteinptsa.org to find out more information about any of the positions

SBA Snacks Drive

SBA testing is right around the corner! Our awesome 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders will be diving into these tests over several days.

To make sure they're fueled up and focused, we're kindly asking for your support in providing testing snacks like gum, mints, hard candy, crackers, and apple sauce that are individually wrapped (to streamline distribution).

You can drop off your contributions in the box at the front of the school anytime between April 22 and May 3. We'll make sure they get to the testing classes along with some fresh snacks.

Thanks  for being amazing and helping to support our Einstein Otters!
