Newspaper Club is open to 4th and 5th grade students who have a particular interest in journalism, writing, editing and publishing. Newspaper Club students will conduct interviews, report on school news, write articles about events, clubs, activities, etc., review books and movies and produce a newspaper which will be published for the school community. This class is a fun and challenging adventure and each participant will be expected to complete most of their reporting and writing outside of class. Articles will be assigned to students and they must be able to work independently outside of class.
