To Register:
Parents must be members of the Einstein PTSA in order for children to participate in before and after school activities.
- Print & fill out a Registration Form or pick one up from the Einstein front office.
- Return it to the office with a check made payable to Einstein PTSA by the registration date listed.
Volunteers: For insurance purposes, we need one adult volunteer to attend each class who is a PTSA member. The family of each child participating in an activity will be responsible for volunteering for one class per session. The volunteer does not have to be the child’s parent, but must be an adult AND a member of the Einstein PTSA. The volunteer will provide assistance to the instructor including set up, help during, and clean up after the class. Please remember: To ensure the safety of our students and staff, all individuals must go through the district’s volunteer application process and be approved before beginning a volunteer assignment. It takes just a few minutes to provide the information needed. You can pick up an application in the office or apply here: www.lwsd.org/For-Community/Volunteers.
