Help our students stay focused and energized during SBA testing! We’re collecting snack donations to provide them with a little boost during test days.
Einstein PTSA is looking ahead to next year and the vital role our chairs play in making our school year run smoothly. Are you interested in joining the team? We're still in need of some Board or Chair positions!
No experience is needed! Got someone in mind? That someone could be YOU!
If you would like to be part of this team or know of someone who might want to join us, please email: president@einsteinptsa.org.
These are some of the open key positions:
Board positions:
- VP Communications – Responsible for managing communication between the PTSA, parents, and staff, including all electronic archival and website maintenance.
- Co-VP Family Events – Responsible for overseeing and coordinating annual school-wide family events.
- Co-VP Student Activities – Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing after-school activities for Einstein students.
Chair positions:
- Webmaster - Responsible for managing PTSA file sharing & email exchange management and website maintenance. Reports to the VP of Communications.
- Reflections Chair – Coordinate the implementation of the National PTSA Reflections Art Program
Our editors need more photos for the yearbook and want to make sure every student is represented.
It is so fun for the kids to see pictures of themselves at the end of the year. We rely on pictures from families to fill out the pages, otherwise it is just the school photo.
Send in your favorite snapshots from the school year to ensure we include your student in this year's edition.
You can share all your amazing images from any device, anytime, anywhere! Once you have an account, upload your pictures from all our different events.
We are excited to announce that our school will be hosting our 7th Annual Fun Run event on May 16th. This is a great opportunity to come together as a community and support our students in a fun and healthy way!
You can do your part by volunteering on the day of the Fun Run. In past years, it took 60+ awesome volunteers to make it all happen. This is our largest fundraiser and event of the year and together, we can make this event a smashing success and help the students have a great day!
LWSD Volunteer Approval Process
PLEASE go to this--- link---- (if you have not done so already) to apply for your volunteer background check. It is quick, easy, and good for two years.
Please note that you will not be able to volunteer at school until it has been approved. If you are unsure of your LWSD volunteer status, you can log into the Raptor Volunteer Portal to verify.
If you have any questions, please reach out to: volunteers@einsteinptsa.org

Dear Einstein families,
The Green Team is preparing some eco-friendly challenges for all our students and would like to invite you to help us make this possible!
Our challenge is to help reduce the food waste we produce in our lunchroom daily! We will be having a competition to see which one of the three lunches can reduce the most food waste during the entire month of April!
You can help too! Please work with your child to prepare a Waste-Free lunch every day. Make sure your child helps pack healthy items they like, and they’ll be happy to eat. Pack everything in reusable containers and use durable utensils and reusable water bottles.
If you send disposable items, if possible, choose compostable or recyclable containers over single use plastic.
If your students buy lunch from the cafeteria, please encourage them to take what they will eat and eat what they get.
The lunch period that reduces the most waste (we will be weighing our compost container daily after each lunch) will get a sustainable prize! Winners will be announced at the end-of the-month assembly.
If you plan to join the campus trash pick-up event, please bring extra work gloves and bags.
Thank you for helping our students conserve water, save energy, and reduce waste!
Let’s go green together!!!
Emergency Snack Donations Needed!
Our snack supply is running low!
We’re almost out of Goldfish and fruit snacks, and we need your help to keep our students fueled and focused.
If you're able to donate, please drop off snacks at the school office. Every little bit helps! Thank you for your support!
