Chaperons must be a registered PTSA member. Please become a member first to enjoy the benefits.

 

Permanent Chaperons: This is an excellent opportunity to accompany your child for the entire semester and receive a discount or even free tuition for the class. Parents have to be approved as volunteers by the district. Any questions or concerns, please reach out to Student Activities.

 

Registration Instructions

Registration is available exclusively on the Einstein PTSA website. Classes are filled on a first-come, first served basis, and payment must be received for registration to be confirmed. There will be a waitlist for each class once it is filled. 

Chaperones
Our PTSA insurance policy states that to run our programs, at least one PTSA member, who is approved by the school district to volunteer, must be present in each class.

 

Parents or guardians are asked to fulfill this requirement for a minimum of one class day per session per child. Please note that each parent may be required to chaperone more than one class, depending on enrollment. At the end of the registration process, "SignUp Genius" links will be provided to schedule chaperones for each class. Chaperones must:

- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be or become an Einstein PTSA member for the current school year.
- Be or become LWSD background-check approved (Links open in new window) 

FREE TUITION OPTIONS:  

A parent who is able to chaperone for all weeks of an activity (permanent chaperone) will receive FREE tuition for one child. (Some restrictions may apply.) You must contact studentactivities@einsteinptsa.org to apply.

Parents who are able to share chaperone duties with one other permanent chaperone for all weeks of an activity, both of them will qualify for 50% DISCOUNTED tuition for one child (some restrictions may apply.) You must contact studentactivities@einsteinptsa.org to apply.

Please note: Preference will be given to permanent chaperones. Tuition reductions will be reimbursed at the end of the Student Activities session, upon successful completion of chaperone duties.

Policies and Procedures
Please be sure to read through all of our Student Activities Policies and Procedures before registering your child.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are based on when the cancellation is received. Cancellations received:
    •    2 days or less after last day of registration will receive a full refund.
    •    3 days or more after last day of registration, refunds are done at the discretion of the vendor at the vendors rate.
    •    There are no refunds for missed classes.

Speed, Agility and Running

Get ready to move, jump, and have a blast! Total Control Soccer is excited to offer Speed & Agility, after school class designed for Kindergarten through 2nd graders. During this class no soccer ball is needed-our focus is on building speed, coordination, and overall athleticism through engaging drills and interactive games!
 
Each session includes:
 
-Plyometric exercises like jumping, bounding, and hopping to build strength and explosiveness.
-Agility Drills: Using cones and ladders to improve quickness and coordination
-Games and challenges that reinforce movement skills in a fun and competitive way.
 
This class is perfect for young athletes looking to enhance their physical abilities as well as kids who just want to stay active and have fun. No experience needed-just bring energy and enthusiasm!

AI: Introduction to Machine Language

Discover how AI works by learning key AI and ML concepts such as
neural networks, computer vision, and image recognition. You'll learn
how to use modern AI tools effectively, like DALL-E, for tasks like
generating images. You’ll create your own AI models that will be used
to build Scratch projects, including video filters and touchless games.

Chess

Participants will learn strategies and practice game play with similar leveled peers. Students may be working in groups with classmates. Instructor Tim requests that all students know piece movement prior to joining the class.
